Brain Training

Did you know that brain function naturally begins to deteriorate after you turn twenty? Yikes!

However, there IS a way to slow the process by providing daily stimulation for the brain.

According to the research done by Dr. Ryuta Kawashima, there are three activities proven to activate the brain most effectively:

1) reading aloud

2) solving simple calculations, and

3) writing

So, I'm going to follow his program of '60 days to a Better Brain', starting today. I will track my scores here for my personal references. One reason is to see my progress throughout the 60 days. The second reason is simply because once the training stops, the brain function will begin to decline AGAIN slowly. In case I stop, I'll have to start over and repeat the training and I will need these results to compare to.

Wish me luck!
